PC Richards - Phony rebate

The rebate processing ,offer#:TD9-10337, P.O.Box 130018,El Paso, TX 88513-0018 They took me around in a circle for a security rebate on Total Defense premium internet security .

I programed the cd typed in the activation code , Worked perfect. Now, time for the rebate my activation code was claimed to have a problem .No.... now they want a credit card.

I was told to go back to tech, to rebate to tech to rebate.Now they have the code and the credit card, now I have to download an application form fill it out, I have to cut bar codes scan receipts...They an Arab calls and states " SOMEONE IS TRYING TO GET IN MY COMPUTER" !!!I will tell people to not purchase any rebates from there........
