PC Richards - Maytag 5000 series Washing Machine

I was having issues with my Maytag 5000 series washer.I called for an appointment and needed to wait a week for an appointment.

When the PC Richard repairman arrived he said he needed to order the part and would take a week for the part to come in. When the repairman came the SECOND time we found out that he ordered the wrong part and we needed to wait another week for the new part. The THIRD time the repairman came and we thought the problem was fixed until I went to use the washing machine and it did not work. Called and tried to speak with a supervisor but was told that a supervisor would call me back.

I'm still waiting. I asked if they would be able to come that same day to fix the issue since I have been waiting over a month and the woman laughed and said that's impossible I would have to wait another week.

I will never purchase a major appliance from PC Richard again because of the service department.I will bring my business to another department store that knows how to treat customers and have competent service technicians that don't need to come 4 or 5 times to repair an appliance.
