PC Richards - Worst Repair Service
Washer less then 3 years old.On 8/29/15 motor goes, they fix it on 9/3.
On 9/24/15 the washer starts leaking all over. Call and have to wait till 9/30 for them to send a repairman. He comes is here less then 5 mins and tells me they need to order a new pump kit. OK at this point without a washer for 6 days.
Keep calling ..finally on 10/7/15 they say the part will be in on 10/10....10/10 the repairman shows up with the wrong PART!!! So now they say the part will be in on 10/12 they will be here to fix it on 10/13..Today is 10/13 so I call them to get a time and she tells me that I'm scheduled for 10/14!!! So at this point I've been without a washer for over 19 days!!!
It's been costing quite a lot to have to go to the laundromat !!!Worst..Worst repair service ever! Will NEVER be buying anything from PCRichards again and will be telling everyone I know not to also!!!
